Britain's Best Boss is an annual competition run by Working Families - a national charity that helps children, working parents, carers and employers by providing practical strategies to help people achieve a healthy work-life balance.

We believe that work and home life do not need to be in conflict and that, by working together, employees and employers can create work environments that support productivity on the job whilst providing for a rich, healthy life outside of work.

Support and resources

Working Families provides a specialist consultancy service called Balance at Work to help businesses address issues of work-life balance and diversity. We also offer publications and original research on issues of flexible working and work-life balance.
