  • How is Britain’s Best Boss chosen?

Each year we review nominations from all over the UK to find the best boss in Britain. We compile a shortlist of bosses who are then interviewed by our independent adjudicators. After the interviews, a list of finalists is selected, which is then presented to our panel of expert judges. The judges then pick the best of the best.
